I’ll have a real entry after I knock out 6 hours of sleep. Hopefully I’ll do it from my laptop, on which I will be installing all the normal softwares for a good friend who shall remain nameless. She broke her laptop while she was up here for her internship and thus has not written […]

There is a problem when January nights are 44 degrees. Seriously, that’s sad. Anyone else think it should be about… 30 degrees colder? I’m moving to Switzerland.

There is now official word from David X. Cohen via Billy West that four new Futurama DVD movies are being produced with pretty much the entire team back on board. One of the biggest pieces of the show was how excited every member of the cast and crew was - this came across on the […]

I don’t have a whole lot of time because I’m writing for The Bureau and heading out to the meeting where we decide what fabulous sketches get performed at our Fabulous February Festival (that’s not the official name). I had to give up my ticket to the Caps game today for it, too, so it […]

The frame I ordered online arrived today and after some assembly, the final product looked like this. Judy gave me the awesome Arrested Development poster. Then, competing for the best present, Jennie gave me Pete & Pete Season Two. Thank you both kindly.

This is a continuation the whole story from 1/26/05. You can read the first part here. Be warned - that post is over 2300 words, and this one will probably be quite large, too.
Our story resumes as the show finally comes to a close. At this point I was livid. Two hours of the […]

Seriously, this one is going to be an emotional rollercoaster. We will travel the peaks and valleys of last night, and we’ll do it in a rollercoaster car with individual lap belts so that Matt L. can come along for the ride. There will be parts that are funny, but there will be parts that […]

A ton happened today, and thus I have a ton to write. However, it’s 4:00 am and I need to sleep. Here’s a graphical representation to tide you over until I get the text version up. Don’t get spoiled, I won’t always make it so easy for those of you who are semi-illiterate.

Thursdays are clearly the best non-Friday weekday. Here is my reasoning:
First class - 12:30 pm.
Last class - 12:30 pm.
Comedy equals Thursday. That means that I can count on awesome laughs that evening, from Topaz, The Bureau meeting, or almost always, both. It also means people are in the comedy mindset. I can usually […]

Nothing important, tons of stuff that isn’t. That’s the story of my life, and the plot summary for this post.
I’ve now gotten 8 comments (all positive) about my hair. The fact is that I didn’t do anything to it. Literally - I haven’t gotten it cut for months and that’s why it looks like […]
